What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal data for the purposes of processing your order, along with subscription renewals and supporting your experience throughout this website.
When you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping and for assisting maintain the security of this site
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes of:
- Sending you information about your account and order
- Responding to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Processing payments and preventing fraud
- Setting up your account within this store
- Complying with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improving our store offerings

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
- Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

How long we retain your data
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

While we endeavour to resolve complaints quickly and informally, if you wish to proceed to a formal privacy complaint, we request that you make your complaint in writing to our Privacy Officer, by mail or email as above. We will acknowledge your formal complaint within 10 working days of receipt.
How we protect your data
Personal data shall be subject to additional safeguards to ensure this data is processed securely. For example, we work hard to ensure data is encrypted when in transit and storage, and access to this data will be strictly limited to a minimum number of individuals and subject to confidentiality commitments.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to any of our websites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. When possible, encryption is used, both in transit and storage. Access controls within the organisation limit who may access information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
(a) NEI shall: (i) provide Customer with the name and contact information for an employee of NEI who shall serve as Customer’s primary security contact and shall be available to assist Customer in resolving obligations associated with a Security Breach; (ii) notify Customer of a Security Breach as soon as practicable, but no later than 72 hours after NEI becomes aware of it; and (iii) notify Customer of any Security Breaches by e-mailing Customer with a read receipt at NEI GPS and with a copy by e-mail to NEI’s primary business contact within Customer. (b) Immediately following NEI’s notification to Customer of a Security Breach, the parties shall coordinate with each other to investigate the Security Breach. NEI agrees to cooperate with Customer in Customer’s handling of the matter, including, without limitation: (i) assisting with any investigation; (ii) providing Customer with access to the operations affected; (iii) facilitating interviews with NEI’s employees and others involved in the matter; and (iv) making available all relevant records, logs, files, data reporting and other materials required to comply with applicable law, regulation, industry standards or as otherwisereasonably required by Customer.
